You can order online or by post. To order by post, simply  fill out an order form and send it to us with your payments.

What sort of Payment do you accept.
Payments are made through Paypal when ordering online, meaning you can pay with debit or credit cards. For postal orders, we only accept Postal Orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are delivered via royal mail first class delivery. Please allow 3-7 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, we can’t accept cancellations, but we are happy to refund unworn item within seven days
Do I pay a delivery cost for each item?
No, we charge per order, regardless of how many items it contains. Delivery charge is £2.95
Do you deliver overseas?
We currently deliver to UK only, please contact our customer service for possibility of oversea deliveries.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Sorry, we currently deliver to UK and Eire addresses only.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund or exchange unworn item.  if you are not completely satisfy with any item, please return it within 7days  for a full refund.  Contact our customer service for full details.
How do I return unwanted item?
Simply take it to the Post Office and make sure you recieve proof.

Once I’ve returned an item, when do I get my refund?
We’ll email you to confirm as soon as we receive your returned order. Within 14 days, the refund will then be made to the card you used when paying for the order.
